Describe the situation
Explain whether a tree has fallen, where it is resting and whether access is blocked. Mention buildings, roads, electrical infrastructure and any assistance already on site. Call for urgent availability rather than relying on an online form.
Scope and access
The work may involve agreed removal of fallen material or dismantling damaged sections once conditions permit. Confirm debris handling, stump work and any exclusions in the quote.
